  • Augment existing leader’s skills with a mixture of approximately 80% strategic D&I metrics and 20% leadership skills
  • Build a Problem Statement and a Strategy to Answer the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Problem
  • Develop a Culture of Profit (as it relates to D&I) through leadership principles and theories
  • Analyze D&I categories and metrics
  • Implement D&I tactics and metrics to improve organizational appearance
  • Integrate Metrics into a Diversity & Inclusion Balanced Scorecard
  • Present a live Strategic D&I Proposal for your organization
