Can Diversity be Fun? Games theory and diversity education

Overview:

Historically, diversity education has included training sessions, classroom work and some interactive online teaching. However, learning is of little value if there is no opportunity to practice new behaviors. In addition, the new generations of employees learn in an entirely different manner. This presentation will discuss the use of games to enhance diversity education by providing practice opportunities for continued learning.
