Collaboration vs. Collision:
Today’s workplace is composed of four distinct generations who interact and communicate in very different ways. If your organization’s Traditionalists think your Millennials have more in common with aliens than human beings, have no fear. That’s just par for the course. During this fun and informative presentation, we’ll pull out the generational translator and help you understand what makes each generation tick, why they choose to communicate in certain ways, and how you can make sure you’re speaking the same language as your employees.

Disability or not, all employees should be measured by their ability to perform
Individuals across the spectrum of disability are able to live full, active, productive and independent lives when they have access to individualized support services, and meaningful employment opportunities. This session will provide an overview and best practices on how Johnson Controls has found that not only is it possible to hire people with a disability, but to set the standard on how all businesses should be able to adapt to this growing population.
