For Charla Lovelace, joining the Jobing.com family was the next step in a successful career that had already given her nearly two decades of experience in sales and recruiting. She was hired in May 2006 as a Regional Talent Acquisition Director at Jobing.com. In this role, she played a vital role in developing Jobing.com's presence in Texas and effectively recruited more than 80 new employees in just one year as Jobing.com continued to grow in every market. In June 2007, Charla was selected as the General Manager for Jobing.com in Fort Worth. In October 2008 Charla was more than delighted to bring Jobing.com to the Austin market, after the acquisition of WorkAustin, as she is from the Austin area.

Charla is a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership International and completed the Advanced Management Certificate program at Rice University. Currently she is enrolled in an Advanced Management Development Program at Jobing University. She is a member of the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA) where she serves on the Workforce Readiness Committee, Texas Recruiters Association and serves as a board member, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Charla's passion is to help develop a strong workforce in her local community. She can be found giving back to the community by speaking to new entrants and re-entrants into the workforce at local Schools, University's, and workforce focused Communities.
